Object not found - delete count different than the one in database

Error Message

When you send information to QuickBooks from All Orders you get the following message.

Object "270001-1072815411" specified in the request cannot be found. QuickBooks error message: Your version of this record has a different deleted count than the one in the data file.

Possible Cause:

One of the elements on the invoice or bill (i.e.. account, customer, item, class) cannot be fond in QuickBooks. 

Resolution:

Review the transaction to determine if elements exists in QuickBooks.

To help you identify the list object, download a utility (find list-id - All Orders 2/3) or (find list-id - All Orders 4) which when ran against your opened QuickBooks and opened All Orders, will find the item in NC that was deleted from QuickBooks. 

To run the utility enter the full number related to the object not found that appears on the error message. This is called the List-Id and then you will get a message with the name of the Item, Customer, Vendor that was deleted from QuickBooks.
